Hot Chick chickens

process, Chickens are mounted on rotisserie
poles & placed over the volcanic rocks which
are heated by gas.
As the chickens rotate they cook slowly and
evenly. With the rise in temperature, juices
from the chickens drip down on to the volcanic
rock creating a smoke that rises and infuses
the chicken, producing a natural and unique
BBQ
flavour. The end result is a succulent and tasty
chicken with a crispy golden skin.
